Terms & Conditions on Fee Structure – Shivaji College, Tonk
- Annual Basis – Fees are charged on a yearly basis for all courses unless specified otherwise.
- Non-Refundable – Admission, registration, and other administrative charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- University Guidelines – The fee structure is subject to revision as per the rules and regulations of the affiliating university or government directives.
- Payment Deadlines – All fees must be paid within the notified deadlines. Late payments may attract additional charges or penalties.
- Mode of Payment – Fees can be deposited through the college office (cash/cheque) or through the designated online payment system.
- Examination Fees – Examination fees and other university charges are to be paid separately as per university notification.
- Scholarships / Concessions – Students eligible for government or institutional scholarships must apply with proper documentation. Approved concessions will be adjusted accordingly.
- Cancellation of Admission – In case of withdrawal or cancellation of admission, only refundable components (if any) will be returned as per college policy.
- Additional Charges – Laboratory, library, hostel, or activity fees may be applicable depending on the course and facilities opted for.
